William Ted "Bill" Dobbs, of Poteau, Oklahoma was born October 1, 1961 in Tucson, Arizona to Gilbert Allen Dobbs and Doris Pat "Doe" (Osbourn) McBride and passed away June 1, 2020 in Poteau, Oklahoma at the age of 58.
He is survived by:
His daughter Jessica Carlin of Fairbanks, Alaska
His sister Shawna Dobbs of Heavener, Oklahoma
His brother John Carson and wife Crista of Yukon, Oklahoma
His grandsons
Many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews that he adored
He was preceded in death by his mother Doris "Doe" McBride, his father Gilbert Dobbs, his step-father Charles McBride, and a sister Dana Coquette Acton.
Bill loved dirt bikes and jet skis. He had a passion for auto and equipment repair. Bill also worked hard on his familys farm.
Memorial graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Heavener Memorial Park with Dylan Roberts officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts funeral home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
