Waynell Joan Yandell of Heavener, Oklahoma was born December 4, 1962 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Joe and Winnie (Milligan) Foster and passed away August 24, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 54.

Anita Henry and Mose Brown of Heavener, Oklahoma

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Foster; grandfather, C.C. Foster; and grandmother, Nell Foster. Waynell was an LPN in the Healthcare system for 25 years and she worked at Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility in Howe, Oklahoma. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the Howe Cemetery with Pastor Roger Himes officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
