Warner Ray Baxter of Midwest City, Oklahoma was born April 18, 1935 in Tom Bean, Texas to William Earl and Georgia (Purdom) Baxter and passed away February 15, 2023 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the age of 87.

He is preceded by his parents, William Earl and Georgia Baxter. Warner was a retired commercial truck driver and of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran, where he served his country in the United States Army during the Peacetime. Warner will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.
