Obituary

Virginia Darlene Morgan; known as Ginger, of Summerfield, Oklahoma was born October 18, 1941 in Urivan, Colorado to Leonard James and Ruby (Kilpatrick) Ridenour. She left this earth on October 6, 2020 in Heavener, Oklahoma after a long battle with lung cancer that was exacerbated by coronavirus 19 at the age 78.
It would be wrong to say that Ginger lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined to go back home. When anyone else would have broken, Ginger stayed strong through her we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quit in Ginger. Just because she is no longer here, it doesnt mean she lost her fight. Ginger was a long-time resident of the area and a cook. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
