Tamara Lynne Pinkston of Heavener, Oklahoma was born August 14, 1964 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Margaret (Harris) Guernsey and passed away November 10, 2016 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 52.

She is survived by:

Her mother and step-father:
Margaret Scoggins and husband Charles of Heavener, Oklahoma

One step-brother:
Tom Scoggins of Springfield, Missouri

Her three beloved dogs and two cats who were like her children.

Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends

Tamara was a Firearms Instructor specializing in Womens Self-Defense Class, CLEET and NRA certified, and a worship leader for Christian music.

Memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 27, 2016 at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Poteau, Oklahoma.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
