Ronnie Neal Lear of Heavener, Oklahoma was born November 6, 1953 in Monroe, Oklahoma to Cornelius and Lona Lear and passed away May 1, 2023 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 69.

He is survived by:

Britney Lear of Monroe, Oklahoma
Heather Cummings of Tahlequah, Oklahoma

One son:
Brandon Lear of Monroe, Oklahoma

Two special friends and caregivers:
Charlee White of Howe, Oklahoma
Samantha Billey of Poteau, Oklahoma

His dog:
Tiny

His two cats:
Sammy and Manny

Numerous other loved ones and a host of friends

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cornelius and Lona Lear. Ronnie was a longtime resident of the area and a truck driver. He loved working with model cars, fishing, gardening, and working in the hayfield. Ronnie will be deeply missed by all whom loved and knew him.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Larry Stacy officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home in Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will begin at Noon until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday; 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday; and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
