He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Mary Watts; one sister, Ramona Woodral; one granddaughter, Katlynn Minor; one niece, Nikki Jo; and one great-niece, Hailey Johnson.
Family will have a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
