Phillip Carrol Lewallen of Heavener, Oklahoma was born September 4, 1964 to Charles Elmer Lewallen and Betty Jo (Brown) Kirkley and passed away on October 11, 2025 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 61.

He is survived by:

Michael Johnson

13 grandchildren:

Julian Riley, Nevaeh Melody, Clair, Bobby Lee, Isaiah Luciano, Silas Tharron, Ravayha Jo, Landyn Levi, Elizabeth Grace, Issabelle Bethany, Story Rhyme, Phillip Robert Wilson, and Candyn

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loved ones, and a host of friends whom loved him very much

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lewallen and Betty Jo (Brown) Kirkley.

Phillip was a longtime resident of the area and was a carpenter. He attended Poteau Public Schools. Phillip enjoyed carving, fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. He loved playing his guitar, crafting, animals, and doing carpentry. He will be deeply missed.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Randy Mattox officiating. Burial will follow in Reichert Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be from Noon until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday at the funeral home.
