Patricia Anne Brooks of Heavener, Oklahoma was born November 2, 1944 in Chillicothe, Ohio to Alfred and Virginia (Cox) Lawson and passed away on November 30, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 79.

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends whom loved her very much
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kim James; and one sister, Brenda Gonzalez.
Patricia was a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Reverend Shawn Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be from Noon until 7:00 p.m., Sunday; 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., Monday.
