Norma Lee Neeley of Heavener, Oklahoma was born November 6, 1946 in Los Angeles, California to Bill Davis and step-mom, Lulu and passed away December 21, 2017 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 71.
She is survived by:

Kelly Bardwell and daughter, Annabelle of Montana
Five grandchildren:
Sydney, Brandon, Paige, Jake, and Cooper Crase

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Curtis Neeley. Norma was a life-long resident of the area and retired from Tyson after 25 years. She loved spending time with her family and going to various sporting events to cheer on her grandchildren. Norma was an avid Heavener Wolves and Hodgen Bulldogs fan. She loved to doodle while watching her Soap Opera and Cop shows. Her family was her pride and joy. Norma will be deeply missed.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Joe Haydon Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Bruce Bardwell, Ed Wilson, Danny Yandell, Dusty Alexander, Cody Smith, and Brayden Tolleson.
Viewing will be from 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Friday and 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Saturday.
