Michael Dillan Morris of Bridgeport, Ohio (formerly of Poteau, Oklahoma) was born December 18, 1986 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Michael Lee Morris and Patricia Ann (Easley) Hall and passed away November 30, 2016 in Martins Ferry, Ohio at the age of 29.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Delbert Morris and one uncle, Johnny Easley. Michael was an Operator for Triple J Oilfield and a member of Arkoma First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served his country from 2006 to 2009. Michael loved to fish and the outdoors.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Dowden Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Mr. Brian Hyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Maxey Cemetery in Wister, Oklahoma under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Sam Jackson, Aaron Soriano, Brandon Jones, Trenton Wellman, Dereck Landrum, Brian Harris and Dalton Morris.
Viewing will be from noon until 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, and 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
