Judith Adair Vickers of Heavener, Oklahoma was born March 10, 1954 in Gridley, California to Samuel Eldon and Elizabeth Ann (McGuinnes) Cully and passed away January 13, 2019 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 64.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Cully; one brother, Patrick Cully; and a sister, Christene Ercolino. Judy was a retired Administrator for the California Department of Transportation and of the Church of Christ faith. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Judy especially loved spending time at the ocean.
