Judith Box of Summerfield, Oklahoma was born January 3, 1943 in Guthrie, Oklahoma and passed away October 5, 2020 in Poteau, Oklahoma at the age of 77.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Walter Yandell; one daughter; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Judith was long-time resident of the area and of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games on her computer, fishing, and sewing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Kenny Matlock officiating. Burial will follow in Summerfield Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Brook Pearson, Stanley Loyd, Sammy Sinclair, Rodney Duncan, Dempsey Poor, and Mike Poor.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Rick Wheat, Jearld McBride, and Nathan Childs
Viewing will be from Noon until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, with the family visiting with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
