Juanita Faye Underwood of Heavener, Oklahoma was born November 9, 1931 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Lee Roy and Hazel Leola (Lawson) Wright and passed away July 20, 2021 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 89.
She is survived by:

Michael Williamson of Fort Smith, Arkansas
Two great-grandsons:
Phillip and John of Fort Smith, Arkansas
One daughter-in-law:
Carol Williamson of Fort Smith, Arkansas
One son-in-law:
Jerry Hampton of Howe, Oklahoma
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis Williamson; her second husband, Ed Underwood; one son, Mike "Jug Head" Williamson; one daughter, Debbie Hampton; one sister, Della Scott; and one brother, Marvin Wright. Juanita loved spending time with her family, and in her younger years, enjoyed gardening. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Corry Duncan. Burial will follow in Howe Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be from 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, with the family visiting with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
