Juanita Faye Medley of Springdale, Arkansas (formerly of Heavener, Oklahoma) was born October 18, 1931 in Weeks, Arkansas to Leon and Ola (Harris) Evetts and passed away on June 21, 2019 in Springdale, Arkansas at the age of 87.
She is survived by:

Marsha Seaton of Springdale, Arkansas
Jill Helbling and husband Paul of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
One son:
Mike Medley of Flippin, Arkansas
Two sisters:
Nadine Shupert and husband James "Bo" of Heavener, Oklahoma
Chris Brown and husband Bill of Edmond, Oklahoma
Five grandchildren
Eight great-grandchildren
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mack Medley, Jr.; one daughter, Jane Matthies; three brothers, Jack, Marvin, and Deveraux Evetts; and a son-in-law, Bill Seaton, Jr.
Juanita was a Branch Manager for the First National Bank in Mountain Home, Arkansas until she retired. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Juanita will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the Lovings Baptist Church in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother Mark Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be from noon until 6:00 p.m., Sunday; 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday; 8:30 a.m. until noon, Tuesday at the funeral home.
