Joan Marie Breeding of Poteau, Oklahoma was born April 16, 1944 in Heavener, Oklahoma to Jack and Mae (Mead) Moore and passed away April 24, 2017 in Temple, Texas at the age of 73.

Jana Baker of Heavener, Oklahoma
Donna Johnston of Poteau, Oklahoma

One brother:
Haskell Moore of Woodward, Oklahoma

Three grandchildren:
Dustin Goodwin, Phillip Breeding and Gail Breeding

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Royal Wade and Fannie Bullock; and one sisterinlaw, Cordelia Moore. Joan attended Heavener High School and was a member of the Heavener Church of Christ. She was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2017 in the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Chris Hyndman officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pall Bearers will be: Bobby Mead, Jess Ryburn, Mike Hannon, Paul Spangler, Steve Cherry, and Gerald Breeding.
