Mr. Jerry M. Brewer, son of Jerry Brewer and Lester Naylor, a happily retired aircraft mechanic for American Airlines, passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2020, at the age of 86, while resting comfortably in his home with his beloved wife.

He is preceded in death by his son, Randy; a daughter, Rebecca; former wife, Phyllis Marie Turner; two brothers, Oren Brewer and Jack Brewer; and one sister, Mary Ann Zimmerman. Jerry was a retired aircraft mechanic for American Airlines, a Mason, and of the Methodist Faith. He was an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan and enjoyed gardening. Jerry will be missed by all who knew him.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the Heavener Memorial Park with Reverend Jeff Caughern officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be from Noon until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
