Jeffery Andrew Stelly of Poteau, Oklahoma was born August 30, 1972 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Jeffery Hubert Stelly and Betty Ann (Walker) Vaughan and passed away January 14, 2025 in Poteau, Oklahoma after a long battle with illness at the age of 52.

Jeffery loved the outdoors and buying hotrods to fix them up. He was a jack of many trades, including working in the rock yard, and driving the trash truck, but his favorite was driving the wrecker truck for RC Wrecker in Heavener, Oklahoma. Jeffery will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
