James Del "Jimmy" Ollar of Heavener, Oklahoma was born December 4, 1969 in Antlers, Oklahoma to Marvin Carl "M.C." and Carolyn Sue (Goble) Ollar and passed away February 3, 2018 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 48.

Numerous cousins and a host of friends

He was preceded in death by paternal and maternal grandparents; one nephew, Joshua Ollar; and one uncle, Larry Goble. Jimmy was a life-long resident of the area. He was a 1988 graduate of Antlers High School, a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and did post-graduate studies at NESU. While in college, he performed in school stage presentations and sang with a college group. Jimmy loved to play the Harmonica and sing. His favorite song was Amazing Grace. Because of medical problems, he has been a resident of the Heavener Nursing Home for the past 17 years. Due to the diligence of the staff and their loving and professional care Jimmys life has been enriched and extended. Jimmy will be missed deeply by many.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. M.C. Ollar and Mr. J.D. Ollar officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
