Jacqueline Connell of Heavener, Oklahoma was born August 11, 1946 in San Bernardino, California to Harold and Bernice (Allen) Basham and passed away February 11, 2019 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 72.
She is survived by:

Kenny Lively and wife Tammy of Poteau, Oklahoma
One sister:
JoAnn Novak and husband John of Oregon
Seven grandchildren
Four great-grandchildren
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Judy Nichols. Jacqueline was a long-time resident of the area and a retired CNA in healthcare. She enjoyed gardening and animals especially her dog, Peek-a-Boo.
