Gregory Alan Pinto, Sr. of Heavener Oklahoma was born on December 4, 1963 in Hayward, California to Frank and Lorraine (Solus) Pinto and passed away August 4, 2023 in Fort Smith Arkansas at the age of 59.
He is survived by his five children: Casey (Jason) Yandell, Gregory Jr. (Mary) Pinto, all of Heavener, Oklahoma, and Gregory Alan, Frankie, and Madelyn Pinto of Modesto, California.
Five grandchildren: Sean, Bryden, and Laci Rorabaugh, Presley and Waylon Pinto, all of Heavener Oklahoma and one great grandson, Keegan Stockton also of Heavener, Oklahoma.
One sister: Joyce Maugeri of Modesto, California, and one brother, Dean Pinto of California. Nieces and nephews as follows: LeAnne Esguerra, Shawn Coggins, Danyel Porter, Christopher Pinto, Roxanne Pinto, and Autumn Prophet.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lorraine Pinto.
Greg lived in the central valley of California, most of his life. He came to Heavener Oklahoma in 2017 to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He had a kind heart and loved his children. Greg was most known for his work with classic cars and motorcycles, which overshadowed his poetry. Not many people knew Greg was a published poet and would spend many evenings in Coulterville California authoring and co-authoring poems with his oldest son.
Greg had a huge heart, though his adventurous spirit would often take him away, his love for his family would always bring him back to them.
DAD- ILL NEVER FORGET YOU, REST EASY UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN.
