Greg Allen May of Heavener, Oklahoma was born July 2, 1973 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Don Edward May and Kathy (Wheat) Shadwick and passed away April 27, 2017 in Poteau, Oklahoma at the age of 43.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Rubie Naylor-Tucker and Woody Naylor; grandparents, Dickie Wheat, Margie Minks, E.J. May, and Maureen May. Greg was a 1991 graduate of Heavener High School. He was most known for being an amazing pool player, a Cubs & Lakers fan, card collector, and helping coach the Heavener Heat baseball team to a 29-0 record.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bob Cherry officiating. Burial will follow in Conser Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pall Bearers will be: Matt Wolfe, Clay Metzker, Aaron Queen, Wayne Hall, Tim Frady, Brandon Moody, Charlie McDaniel, and Kenneth Renick

He will be in-state from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.

The family will have a private visitation on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
