Ellen (Thomas) Altstatt of Heavener, Oklahoma was born October 29, 1930 in the Conser Community in Heavener, Oklahoma to Ted and Allie (Crutchfield) Thomas and passed away May 18, 2018 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 87.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her siblings. Ellen was a homemaker and a member of the Heavener Christian Church.

There will be no services.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
