Earl "Sonny" Womack of Sallisaw, Oklahoma was born October 24, 1943 in Heavener, Oklahoma to Otis Womack and Verna Mae (Weeks) Bowman and passed away October 14, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 73.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Kay Womack; and one brother, Homer Womack. Earl was a life-long resident of the area. He was self-employed where he worked as a Horse Trainer and a Welder. Earl loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. Earl will be missed greatly.

Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richard Brassfield officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
