Dereck Justin Goodmanson of Heavener, Oklahoma was born on July 11, 1998 in Durant, Oklahoma to David Goodmanson and Barbara (Crisp) Park and passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma at the age of 25.

Dereck was a 2016 graduate of Heavener High School and a Driller for HP Drilling. He was the kind of young man anyone would be proud to call a son, a brother, an uncle, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, and most importantly a friend to all. Dereck loved fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Pastor Dalton Luman officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
