Sheila Denise Ryburn of Wister, Oklahoma was born February 20, 1957 in San Joaquin, California to J.D. and Barbara (Langley) Barnes and passed away on October 30, 2021 in Wister, Oklahoma at the age of 64.

A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends
She was preceded in death by her father, J.D. Barnes; a brother, Randy Barnes; a niece, Tera Barnes; and a great-grandson, Caxton Turnipseed.
Denise was a life-long resident of the area and a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her life.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Seventh Day Church of God in Wister, Oklahoma with Brother Gene Heflin, Brother Sam Walden, and Mr. Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Ellis Chapel in Wister, Oklahoma under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Celeste Way, Kim Covey, Tawana Thornburg, Brenda Walters, Lynn Donaho, Terri Shipman, Cynthia Mathis, and Callie Corn.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Doug Percifield, Tod Martin, Bret Martin, Eric Donaho, Johnny Paul Free, Justin Harris, and Terry Stites.
Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday; 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday; and 8:30 a.m. until Noon, Wednesday. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
