Adam Dale Cormier of LeFlore, Oklahoma was born May 14, 1944 in Lake Arthur, Louisiana to Florence Crader and passed away January 23, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 76.

Jasper Pruitt, Andrea Martindale, Dallas McKinney, and Mannie McKinney
He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Crader; two brothers, Curtis Cormier and KoKo Cormier. Dale was a long-time resident of the area and retired from medical record coding. He loved fishing, crawfish boils, camping, and watching LSU football. Dale really loved watching his grandkids play sports and spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home in Heavener, Oklahoma.
