He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Sharon Mize.
Curtis was a long-time resident of the area and a truck driver. He loved 18-wheelers, his dogs, fishing, and camping. Curtis also loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend.
