Cecil Art Lloyd of Heavener, Oklahoma was born on November 26, 1958 in Ukiah, California to Paul F. Lloyd and Nellie L. (Earls) Hunt and passed away on March 10, 2023 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 64.

Three brothers:
Rickey L. Lloyd of Summerfield, Oklahoma
Faron K. Lloyd of Summerfield, Oklahoma
Douglas B. Lloyd of South Dakota
Eight grandchildren:
Chase, Leah, Kyra, Kendall, Cory, Cegan, Tyler, and Weston
Three step-grandchildren:
Justin, Marcus, and Raven
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives
He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Pearl and Hamp Earls; and numerous aunts and uncles.
He was a longtime resident of the area and a truck driver. Cecil was a veteran, where he served in the United States Army. He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, and also enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. Cecil will be missed by all whom loved and knew him.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Summerfield Cemetery in Summerfield, Oklahoma with Mr. Tracy Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
