Cassandra "Sandi" Smith of Red Oak, Oklahoma was born March 25, 1961 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Carrol and Virginia (Benefield) Shipman and passed away on December 4, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 59.

Jeannie Shipman of Red Oak, Oklahoma
Nine grandchildren:
Kelsey, Garrett, Chaise, Shaylee, Shandee, Brayden, Chance, Graciee, and Landen
Five great-grandchildren: Aspyn, Case, Ryker, Traydon, and Sterlyn
Two nieces and one nephew: Justyne, Tayler, and Jordan
Her step-father:
Gary Palmer of Heavener, Oklahoma
Her step-mother:
Terrie Shipman of Wister, Oklahoma

She was preceded in death by her parents Carrol and Virginia Shipman.
Sandi was a homemaker. She loved spending time with family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Sandi will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the Freewill Baptist Church in Fanshawe, Oklahoma with Brother Don Benefield and Mr. Chaise Noah officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
