Bonnie Sue Dehart of Heavener, Oklahoma was born July 11, 1955 in Heavener, Oklahoma to Clarence Carlon and Dorthy Dean (Woodral) Benson and passed away on May 27, 2024 at 1:15 p.m. in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 68.
She is survived by:

Mark Dehart and wife Toska of Heavener, Oklahoma
Five siblings:
Mary (Benson) Ricketts and husband Joe of Poteau, Oklahoma
Sharon Smallwood of Waldron, Arkansas
Pennie Williams and husband David of Mounds, Oklahoma
TC Benson and wife Teresa of Wister, Oklahoma
Norman Benson and Rita Jones of Poteau, Oklahoma
Eight grandchildren:
Cheyenne Priebe and husband Will, Michael Scott and wife Kellie, Isaac Dehart, Raegan Misener, Victoria Misener, Ethan Misener, Hailey Misener, and Jayda Wilson
Five great-grandchildren and one on the way:
Emery Fry, Ayden Fry, Abbigail Scott, Karson Scott, and Noah Beshirs
Numerous other relatives and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Carlon and Dorthy Dean (Woodral) Benson; her loving husband, James David Dehart; three sisters Lisa Benson, Linda Benson, and Kathy Edwards; a nephew, Billy Joe Benson; her mother-in-law, Allie Dehart; and a brother-in-law, Edward Smallwood.
Bonnie was a life-long resident of Heavener and a member of the Heavener First Assembly of God Church. She was a 1974 graduate of Heavener High School. Bonnie was possibly the most giving, loving, and compassionate person. She was a caregiver by nature and became a caregiver in her profession as a Home Health Aide/PCA. Bonnie took care of and helped anybody that needed it. She was a prayer warrior. Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her large family and friends. She never met a stranger. Bonnie loved cooking for all the babies and taking care of them. She will be deeply missed.
Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2024 at the Heavener First Assembly of God Church with Reverend Charlie Scott and Reverend Wayne Wedge officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be: Mark Dehart, DJ Misener, Isaac Dehart, Michael Scott, Will Priebe, Ethan Misener, Norman Benson, and Stef Benson.
Honorary Pallbearer will be: Keith Benson, Keith Edwards, Steve Hevener, Hunter Benson, and Robert Hutchinson.
Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday; 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday; and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
