Billy Eugene Blevins of Heavener, Oklahoma was born October 23, 1936 in Knothole, Oklahoma to Benton Fulton and Gertrude Anna (Peck) Blevins and passed away November 3, 2018 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 82.

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of many friends
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sons-in-law, Eddie Hurst and David Vaughn. Bill "Billy B." was a life-long resident of the Heavener area and attended the Heavener Church of Christ. He spent some 40 years employed with the Kansas City Southern Railroad and was known for his love of card games and playing music.
Per Bills request, he will be cremated and his family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
