William Doyn "Bill" Tiffee of Norman, Oklahoma was born November 18, 1951 in Heavener, Oklahoma to James Orville and Katie Maxine (Ervin) Tiffee and passed away July 21, 2020 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 68. Bill requested that his body be donated to science.

Jody Tiffee of Heavener, Oklahoma
Robby Tiffee and wife Lujuana of Howe, Oklahoma
Jason Tiffee and wife Ellen of Heavener, Oklahoma

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe Lee Tiffee.
Bill had two passions in life. One was going to school at the University of Oklahoma for Lord only knows how many years. He obtained a degree in Engineering and a degree in Law. As far as the family knows, Bill never achieved his Doctorate in either. Bills second passion was photography. Bill traveled extensively throughout Leflore County, where he captured the amazing natural beauty of the counties mountains and streams; showcasing the Spring and Fall colors. Oklahoma Today used many of Bills photographs in their publication over the past 40 years.
There will be no services. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
