Barbara Faye Watkins of Heavener, Oklahoma was born January 26, 1942 in Dos Palos, California to William Rufus and Cassie Mae (Sanders) Jones and passed away March 30, 2018 in Heavener, Oklahoma at the age of 76.

Numerous other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Eric Watkins; one great-grandson, Bryor Watkins; and one brother, Billy Jones. Barbara was a homemaker and also worked as a caregiver. She was a member of the Independence Baptist Church. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She loved spending time with her family and friends and loved to quilt. Barbara will be deeply missed by many.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Independence Baptist Church in Heavener, Oklahoma with Reverend Billy Watkins officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Viewing will be from Noon until 8:30 p.m., Tuesday. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
